Vuorilahti is our very first cottage — and that's why it got the best spot of all.
Surrounded by the lake on three sides, the cottage sits on a rocky peninsula bathed in sunshine all day long.
From the lakeside sauna, you can admire the beautiful rocky landscape in the light of the evening sun.
As it was built to be a genuine Finnish summer cottage, it doesn't come with all modern conveniences — but it does have electricity, and both cold and hot running water.
Washing facilities are in the lakeside sauna, and the outdoor toilet takes care of the rest. Electric radiators and a fireplace ensure a comfortable indoor temperature even on cooler days.

This hand-crafted round log cabin was built in 1989. The property features a gently sloping sandy beach at the front, while the sauna shore offers a dramatic rocky waterfront with a pier.

Hot water, electricity, heating and a well-equipped kitchen make for a comfortable retreat from May to October — ideal for a small group or a family with children.
